Shelly Wu
Shelly WHO?
She wrote a book.
It’s called the Karma Sutra.
Now don’t jump to conclusions people, Karma is sanskrit for ‘action’ or ‘deed’ and relates to the notion of cause and effect. It is the sum of all that you have done, are currently doing, and will do in the future. All aspects of out lives are influenced by Karma but here Shelly relates it to that unfortunate factor that weaves its way in and out of all our lives, love.
I despise that word
Moving on.. there are only ever meaningful coincidences (E.H.F.A.R)
Trust you feelings. What people say counts for little, but what they do is huge
Apparently, the glue that holds relationships together is the spiritual connection between two people. If you want to have relationships of depth, commit to your own spiritual growth. You will develop into the person you are meant to be and those who do not share the same vision as you will simply leave.
Shelly believes that avoiding intimacy is really about running away from desperate painful feelings or worthlessness, powerlessness, and alienation.
Anything you do that is devoid of feelings is a desperate attempt to remain emotionally numb.
In closing, we never stop loving those whom we have truly loved. Every attachment serves as a part of a greater purpose or a bigger picture. You would not be who and where you are in this life if you were still with that person, and you could not be who and where you are if he of she hadn’t crossed your path. This is why i don’t believe in regret
I used to cringe at these type of ‘self-help’ books but when reading it, it was like the things i always new but didn’t want to admit out loud. Word’s are so powerful. They make everything seem so real.
Nevertheless, be cautious and never invest more of your heart than you can bear to lose.
The rain inspires interesting thoughts
This is...i don't know what to say.
